NARSINGDI: Tamanna Nusrat Bubli, Awami League lawmaker for reserved seats for women, was expelled from Awami League for adopting unfair means in  Bachelor of Arts (BA) examination. 

District Awami League took the punitive action against her for tarnishing party’s image.

Earlier, Tamanna Nusrat Bubli was removed from the post of women's affairs secretary of the district Awami League.

The decision was taken at an extended party meeting held at Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun’s residence in Monohardi upazila of Narsingdi on Friday (November 22).
