DHAKA: BNP’s Standing Committee members postponed their press conference scheduled for Friday afternoon (December 20).

The conference was set be held at the Gulshan office of party Chairperson Khaleda Zia at 3:30 pm.

BNP chairperson's press wing member Shahrul Kabir Khan confirmed it to Banglanews at 12:45 pm on Friday.

“The press conference of Friday afternoon was postponed for inevitable reasons,” Shahrul Kabir Khan said.

Asked if any BNP leaders will join Awami League’s the 21st National Council, he said he was not informed about it.
