DHAKA: Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad will brief media about his party`s stand on the country’s ongoing political stalemate over the election-time government.

The press briefing will be held at his Banani office on Monday noon.

Ershad may highlight the outcome of his Sunday’s meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

On Sunday night, Awami League and Jatiya Party decided to participate separately in the election under interim government next, if BNP does not participate.
