Two members of the Kuki-Chin National Front, including a commander, were killed during a raid by army personnel in a remote hilly area of Bandarban’s Ruma upazila, the Inter-Services Public Relations Directorate (ISPR) said in a press release on Thursday.

The army team also recovered four firearms and ammunition used by the armed group during the operation.

The drive is still underway to ensure security in the region, the ISPR added.
