In the ongoing nationwide anti-criminal crackdown, police arrested 1,866 more crime suspects in the last 24 hours, authorities said.

According to the Police Headquarters, 1,320 of those arrested were wanted in previous cases and pending warrants, while 546 others were detained on various criminal charges.

During the operation, police also seized one foreign-made revolver and three rounds of ammunition.
