Fakhrul gets hurt during Rangpur polls campaign

RANGPUR: BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has been hospitalized after he met with a road accident in Rangpur on Monday afternoon (September 30).

Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir fell off a pickup van while drumming up support for a BNP candidate in by-polls of Rangpur-1 (Sadar).

He is now receiving treatment at a private hospital in Rangpur.

BNP president of Rangpur district Saiful Islam confirmed about the accident to Banglanews.
