DHAKA: Four associate organisations of ruling Awami League will go into their national councils in November.
The information was revealed in a press release issued by the Awami League on Sunday (October 13).
According to the press release, as per the decision taken at the meeting of the Central Executive Committee of the Awami League held on September 15, the 21st National Council of the Awami League will be held on December 20 and 21.
According to the directives of Awami League President Sheikh Hasina, the dates for holding the councils of several associate organizations have been fixed.
Krishak League will hold its council at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center at 11am on November 6, the Jatiya Sramik League to hold council at11am on November 9, the Awami Swechchhasebak League at 11am on November 16, and the Awami Juba League will hold its national council at 11am on November 23.
In addition, the Awami Motsyajibi League will hold its council at the Engineers Institute Auditorium at 10am on November 29.
Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader urged leaders and activists of associate organizations to ensure overall cooperation and participation in making the conferences a success.
