DHAKA: Leaders of Jatiya Oikyafront, led by Dr Kamal Hossain, is set to pay a visit to BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).

Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal President ASM Abdur Rob told reporters after a steering committee meeting in city’s Motijheel on Sunday (October 20).

A team will submit a list of names, of who will see Khaleda Zia at BSMMU, to Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.

He said permission to hold rally on October 22 protesting the killing of BUET student Abrar Fahad at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital is not granted yet.

Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal President ASM Abdur Rob,  , Gonoshasthaya Kendra founder Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury, convener of Nagorik Oikya Mahmudur Rahman Manna, Gono Forum’s executive president Subrata Chowdhury, and others were present at that time.
