Lakshmipur BNP president detained

LAKSHMIPUR: Detective Branch (DB) of police detained Saydur Rahman Chutto, acting president of the district unit BNP, on Wednesday night.

A team of DB police picked up Saydur from Shankharipara area of the district town around 9:30pm.

Lakshmipur Sadar Thana duty officer Assistant Sub-Inspector Nur Jahan confirmed the matter to banglanews.
