Home ministry investigating Salahuddin incident Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal

DHAKA: State minister for home affairs Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal on Thursday said his ministry has been investigating the disappearance of BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed.

On the incident, the state minister commented that this is not clear to them whether the BNP leader is abducted or remained hidden.

He made the assertion while talking to the media at a program at Mirpur Police Staff College on Thursday noon.

According to the minister, if law enforcers had arrested Salahuddin then they produced him before court by 24 hours.

To a question on sending the arrest warrant of BNP chief Khaleda Zia to the respective thana, the minister answered saying that the issue will move following the order of the court.
