BNP Vice-Chairman and former minister of Food and Disaster Management Chowdhury Kamal Ibne Yusuf died from Covid-19 infection on Wednesday. 

The former minister breathed his last around 1:00 pm while undergoing treatment at Ever Care Hospital in Dhaka. 

BNP Chairperson's press wing member Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the matter to Banglanews. 

BNP acting chairman and general secretary expressed sorrow over the demise of Chowdhury Kamal Ibne Yusuf.
